The apartment is a private 2-room suite suitable for up to 4 people. The apartment includes two double rooms, a kitchen, a toilet, and a shower. The rooms are equipped with single beds, wardrobes, desks, and bedside tables—everything needed for resting, studying, or working. All rooms are equipped with duvets, pillows, bed linen, and towels. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances, dishes, and utensils for preparing meals.

GOOD TO KNOW

• Check-in is from 14:00 (earlier check-in is possible upon request and availability)
• Check-out is until 12:00. Late check-out is only possible if rooms are available
• Our customer service staff will be on site Mon–Fri 09:00–16:00. Outside these hours and on weekends, the building operates on a self-service basis. If you arrive after 16:00 or on a weekend, please inform us in advance so we can send detailed self check-in instructions
• Free parking is available in front of the building for all our guests. Upon arrival, please register your vehicle at the reception
• Breakfast is available by pre-order for €14. The breakfast package includes a sandwich or wrap, fruit, yogurt or a glazed curd snack, and a smoothie. It can be collected from the reception from 09:00. Please order at least 2 days before arrival
• There is a self-service laundry room in the building that is open 24/7. Washing machine use costs €3 per load and dryer use costs €0.50 per hour. Laundry detergent is not provided, so please bring your own
• There are several cafés and restaurants nearby for a quick lunch, coffee break, or dinner
• Services can be paid for in cash or by card
• Cancellation policy: Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 16:00 on the day before arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show, Academic Hostel reserves the right to charge the cost of the first night
