The apartment is a private 2-room suite suitable for up to 4 people. The apartment includes two double rooms, a kitchen, a toilet, and a shower. The rooms are equipped with single beds, wardrobes, desks, and bedside tables—everything needed for resting, studying, or working. The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary appliances, dishes, and cooking utensils.

GOOD TO KNOW

• Check-in is from 14:00 (earlier check-in is possible upon request and availability)
• Check-out is until 12:00. Late check-out is only possible if rooms are available
• NB! From 24 August 2026, our customer service staff will be on site Mon–Fri 08:00–16:00. Outside these hours and on weekends, the building operates on a self-service basis. If you arrive after 16:00 or on a weekend, please inform us in advance so we can send detailed self check-in instructions
• Breakfast is available by pre-order for €14. The breakfast package includes a sandwich or wrap, fruit, yogurt, and a smoothie. It can be collected from the reception from 09:00. Please order at least 2 days before arrival
• There are several cafés and restaurants nearby for a quick lunch, coffee break, or dinner
• A self-service laundry is located on the 1st floor
• Services can be paid for in cash or by card
• Cancellation policy: Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 16:00 on the day before arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show, Academic Hostel reserves the right to charge the cost of the first night.
