LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS

The Endla 4 building is located in the city center, a 5–7 minute walk from Tallinn’s Old Town. The main building of TalTech is about 15 minutes away by public transport. Endla 4 differs from the Akadeemia 11/1 building in that we have a dedicated private accommodation floor there, rather than an entire building. The central location of Endla 4 makes it easy to reach cafés, sights, and leisure spots within just a short walk. If you prefer city-center living, this is the place for you.

ROOMS

Most of the rooms are twin rooms, meaning you will share your room with one other student. The shared rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. If there are available places, it is also possible to reserve a twin room for single use. There are also a limited number of single rooms. All rooms are fully furnished and include everything you need for a comfortable stay.
This housing is popular among students because it has a common lounge area with a TV and kitchen. It is an ideal space for socializing and hosting communal cooking events. A large shared kitchen allows multiple people to cook at the same time. The kitchens are equipped with appliances as well as all the necessary dishes and other kitchen utensils. Each room has its own personal refrigerator. Shared bathrooms and toilets are located on the same floor with rooms. Washing machines and dryers are available in a separate laundry room on the same floor.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Endla 4 is a self-service building. On working days, our cleaning staff are on site, while customer service and reception are located at the university campus in the Erasmus residence at Akadeemia 11/1.

ABOUT PRICES 

We offer students good and flexible conditions and we have taken a flexible approach to pricing. For example, no deposit or contract fee is required. Utilities are also included in the accommodation price. The rate is fixed, making it very convenient for budgeting and cost planning. This way you won’t face any unexpected extra costs you haven’t planned for.

The accommodation price is calculated on a daily basis. Accommodation is paid for per night, we calculate your total accommodation cost based on the number of nights you have stayed with us. For the first month, we start calculating your accommodation price from your arrival date. Accommodation payments are made at the beginning of each month.
NB!  We do not require any deposit or contract initiation fee, however, we require a prepayment for the first month’s accommodation to be made prior to arrival.
